Sean Ryan

League Director

Sean understands just how much the Miracle League can mean to a young person – his special needs son has benefited from playing with the league, learning social cues, making friends and expanding his speech. This family connection has been invaluable to Sean, who joined the league in late 2010 as League Director, a position he continues to hold today.

For the better part of 15 years, Sean has helped kids with mobility and developmental delays by giving them a chance they might never have had: the opportunity to play with other kids, and grow and thrive through the great game of baseball. Over the years, Sean has served the community in various ways, whether it be serving on the Board of the Kiwanis Club, volunteering at Montgomery County Public Schools, or helping those in need, such as in Ellicott City after a flood.
